This machine is cam design, which produce the spring with high speed, high precision and excellent stability.
Adopt Taiwan computer control system, equipped with servo motor imported from Japan, the wire feeding has rotary wire feeding function, which is easy to adjust.
Computer interface is displayed in Chinese and English which makes the operation easy.
It is suitable for producing double torsion spring, straight spring, pagoda-shaped compression spring, rectangle spring, swirl spring and other different spring and special-shaped spring.

Straightener Part

The straightening device ensures that the steel wire after straightening has no internal stress and the steel wire is smooth, which facilitates the subsequent processing work.

CNC System

12-14 axis ,supporting synchronous / single step control.;sing high-performance processor and high-precision motion control module, the operation .

The type and maximum speed of servo shaft are set up by parameter to support parameter backup,support automatic Screensaver

Feeding Wheel

Camless spring forming machine ensures the stability of wire feeding speed, which can provide a good guarantee for the accuracy of subsequent wire processing . Each sets of wheel suits for two sizes of wire diameter

Servo Motor Control

12 pieces of Sanyo servo motors respectively control the movement for 8 arms and wire feeding, wire cutting, moving and angle controller to ensure processing accuracy.

Straighten And Levelling Parts

Making wires straight and produce product stable . Also it’s easy to be adjusted
