What is the difference between a CNC press brake and a hydraulic press brake?

The hydraulic press brake comprises a support, a worktable and a clamping plate. The worktable is arranged on the bracket. The worktable is composed of a base and a pressing plate. The base is connected with the clamping plate through a hinge. The base is composed of a seat shell, a coil and a cover plate. The coil is placed in the depression of the seat shell, and the top of the depression is covered with a cover plate. 

When in use, the wire is electrified to the coil, and after the wire is electrified, it exerts a gravitational force on the pressing plate, thus realizing the clamping of the thin plate between the pressing plate and the base. 

Due to the use of electromagnetic force clamping, the pressing plate can be made into a variety of workpiece requirements, and the workpiece with side wall can be processed. 

The CNC press brake is an upgraded product of the ordinary hydraulic press brake, which adds the CNC operating system to the ordinary hydraulic press brake. frequent process conversion can reduce the labor intensity of the operator. But the operation skill of the operator is higher than that of the ordinary hydraulic press brake.

Compared with the hydraulic press brake, the CNC press brake is characterized by its CNC operating system, which is the upgrade of the ordinary press brake, which can reduce the labor force of the operator and enhance the processing efficiency. 

But at the same time, the operation requirements and skills of CNC press brake are much higher than that of hydraulic press brake, and it is relatively complex. The NC press brake has the function of multi-step programming, which can realize multi-automatic operation and complete the one-time machining of multi-step parts.

What is the reason why the CNC press brake adopts forging method?

With the development of society, the steelmaking technology in our country has also reached a certain level. at present, the common processing methods are forging and casting, and the cost of castings is lower than that of forgings. 

The die of CNC press brake is forged, and many people will wonder why castings are not used, so what is the reason why CNC press brake adopts forging? Casting technology has a long history in China, and the overall cost of the workpiece is very low, mainly by smelting the metal into a liquid, and then pouring the liquid into a specific molding mold, and then forming a shaped casting after the metal liquid cools. 

The casting technology is to burn some steel red in a charcoal fire, and then quickly pull out the red steel and put it on an air hydraulic hammer for forging. 

The reason why CNC press brake die chooses forging rather than casting is that generally speaking, casting requires steel mills to produce rolled embryo parts, and steel mills are willing to produce rolled embryo parts only when there are many standard parts, but there are generally not many standard parts of CNC press brake moulds. Generally speaking, the use of casting parts is not very cost-effective. 

The requirements of the CNC press brake die for the strength are also very high, the casting parts are easy to produce air bubbles in the production process, the strength is not as good as the forging parts, because the forging parts are forged by the air hammer, the interior will be tighter and the strength will be bigger, so the CNC press brake dies generally choose forging rather than casting.

What is the harmfulness of hydraulic oil pollution in CNC press brake?

The hydraulic oil of the braking system of CNC press brake plays the functions of transmission, wear resistance, system moistening, anti-corrosion, anti-rust treatment, water cooling and so on. The application of hydraulic oil belongs to the hydraulic transmission system of industrial production, which leads to hydraulic oil pollution in all aspects and complicated. 

The hydraulic oil itself is constantly changing in application. Therefore, there is no way to completely eliminate the problem of hydraulic oil pollution. The severe pollution of automobile oil will immediately harm the characteristics of the hydraulic transmission system. What is more terrifying is that it will cause frequent failures in the braking system and reduce the service life of hydraulic bending mechanism parts. 

The specific reason for this risk is the particles in the dust. as far as the hydraulic mechanism is concerned, the liquid particles entering the components will enhance the damage of the drag components. In addition, it will also block the throttle hole, the damping hole in the hydraulic parts or the valve core stuck, resulting in abnormal hydraulic press system. 

In addition, the mixing of water and gas reduces the moistening of hydraulic oil, accelerates the air oxidation of hydraulic oil, and causes cavitation erosion. Therefore, the accelerated erosion of hydraulic parts will cause vibration and noise in the hydraulic oil system of the press.
