The computer-controlled 4-axis synchronous fully automatic CNC 2D wire bending machine can convert the product immediately under the same line diameter and its own program; 

without the need of the special mold, it greatly reduces the time and cost of the newly developed product; the stereoscopic molding can produce a three-dimensional shape line molding product; 

with an auxiliary lifting platform, it can further guarantee the stability and consistency of production; the cutting knife can move down to allow more space for product molding.

10.4 inch LCD/ English interface , 4 axis servo control .support 2 input and 8 output probe group cylinder .

Programming is simple and intuitive, easy to learn, information prompt function complete.

Feeding Wheel

2d wire bending machine is equipped with 3 pairs wire feeding wheel. 

Ensures the stability of wire feeding speed, which can provide a good guarantee for the accuracy of subsequent wire processing .

Each sets of wheel suits for two sizes of wire diameter.

Servo Motor Control

Four Sanyo servo motors respectively control the movement of four parts wire feeding, wire cutting, moving and angle controller to ensure processing accuracy.

Straighten And Levelling Parts

Making wires straight and produce product stable . Also it’s easy to be adjusted.

Mold Parts

Material of mold is CRL2MOV , alloy material , durable , dipping progress.

Electric Decoiler

2D wire bending machine is produced by MYT company, this machine is also called graphic 2 -dimensional wire forming machine. It can process different diameters of wires from 3-12mm including materials like stainless steel, iron, carbon steel, aluminum and so on. 2D wire bender mainly includes 4 axis: wire feeding axis, wire cutting axis, moving axis and angle bending axis, and they are controlled by servo motor from SANYO, Japan. It not only ensures the high precision of processing, but also greatly improves the production efficiency.

MYT 2D wire bender contains one set of tool and also can be customized according to the  drawings of different clients. Other tools need additional cost.

1)Structure layout

Wire bender is mainly composed of 2 parts : machine forming body and electric decoiler. Machine forming body use rack integrated welding, which is more stable and durable. Electric decoiler can load 350KG-1000KG wire.

2) Pressing device

The device adopts the hydraulic oil cylinder clamping, which can ensure that the wire is not taxiing when the wire is clamped, making the molding effect better, and the wire is not prone to scratching.

3)Control system

Automatic 2D wire bender is also equipped with CNC control system. The control system has a memory storage function, so the processing program can be saved. When processing again, you only need to retrieve the program directly to complete the wire forming. This saves a lot of time.

4)Accuracy control

The device can be programmed to set the bending angle of the part to meet different forming requirements for different shapes of wire.
