HVAC Laser Leveling Line Integration Solution

By integrating Electric Unwinding Rack, Leveling Machine and HVAC Laser Cutting Machine, a complete HVAC Laser Leveling Line can be formed.

Part 1: Electric Unwinding Rack

The rack can carry 7 tons per roll. The unwinding shaft is made of 45# steel pipe, which is processed after quenching and tempering and has sufficient strength and rigidity. The frame and chassis are welded with square tubes and channel steel respectively. After aging treatment, the stability during use is guaranteed. 

The unwinding machine is equipped with a 1.5KW motor, which is driven by a reduction device and controlled by a circuit to realize automatic control functions of unwinding, unwinding and inching feeding. It plays a good role in protecting the surface of the sheet and avoids the phenomenon of damage to the edge of the sheet by general unwinding machines.

Part 2: Leveling Machine

The eleven-roller leveling and corrugating machine adopts general leveling technology and unique structural design. The working roller material is 45# steel. After reasonable process treatment such as quenching and tempering and electroplating, the surface performance is good. Its mechanical properties such as rigidity, deflection, and surface roughness are greatly improved, which plays an important role in the surface state and flatness of the sheet after leveling. 

The round ribs are in the shape of five parallel lines, which can meet the requirements of galvanized sheet with a thickness of 1.5mm. A shape with five-line arcs and angles can be formed at one time, which greatly enhances the rigidity of the formed sheet. The main function of the material guide device is to guide and correct the sheet to prevent it from running off track.

Marking and cutting mode automatic switching function

The modes of marking and cutting are individually set by the operator before cutting starts. The operator can reconfigure the machine and enter new settings without having to stop the material handling process, and switching between modes occurs automatically, which increases the productivity of the cutting complex. The operator makes settings before processing starts and does not need to stop material handling during processing.

Proven, high-strength machine tools

The base of the machine tool is made of high-strength steel plate and square tube after welding and forming, and then tempering and aging to eliminate stress. CypCut provides common drawing functions, which can be easily used from the drawing toolbar on the left. CypCut Control System

The equipment adopts FSCUT laser cutting control system, is equipped with large screen display screen, professional laser cutting system, developed based on Windows operation, and integrated many laser cutting modules with special functions. Equipped with wireless keyboard and mouse, the operation is convenient and simple.

Rich craft layer interface

CypCut provides 14 layers, each layer can be individually set including cutting speed, laser power, air pressure, cutting height and other process parameters. The color of each layer is unique, which is convenient to browse and configure cutting graphics parameters.

Real-time frequency and power curves

To obtain high-quality acute and right angles, the software is equipped with a real-time frequency and power curve, which automatically adjusts the power of the laser radiation according to the moving speed of the cutting head. When the cutting head is at zero speed (at the moment when the corner stops), the output radiated power is equal to the minimum power set in the settings to prevent the corner from burning out.
